Tava Tea – What is Tava Tea made of?

The Oolong tea in Tava Tea which is otherwise known as black dragon tea is the tea which is most commonly served in Chinese resteraunts and is well known for its deoxidising properties. Oolong tea is generally considered to have stress relief problems and some studies insinuate that it can positively boost a person’s metabolism which of course is the main reason that it is chosen as part of the Tava tea blend.

Puerh Tea on the other hand is probably the reason why Tava tea aids in lowering cholesterol. Puerh tea has also been shown to have antimicrobial properties as well as lowering cholesterol and aiding in weight loss through increasing the consumer’s metabolism. Many studies suggest that the tea is linked with this increase although it has been difficult to come to any entirely conclusive evidence. The tests which have been done on rats with this tea have shown that rats with this tea in their diet have shown increased metabolisms as well as weight loss and reductions in triglycerides and cholesterol.

Sencha Tea unlike the other two teas is traditionally a Japanese blend which has been known to be particularly filling and an appetite suppressant. Added to all this the Sencha Tea used in the blending of Tava tea has one of the highest concentration of anti oxidants in herbal teas.

Tava tea is essentially created to be a super tea. It is a blend of some of the best slimming agents that exist amongst herbal teas. The idea being that a combination of the three blends will provide a mixture which will cover all the bases that you need to aid the slimming process. The fact that the all natural ingredients have proven benefits individually goes a long way to giving Tava Tea credibility as a weight loss agent. But the best thing about all these ingredients is that together the blend actually works to create something which is quite tasty and you’ll enjoy drinking.
